Acer aspire 4720z is not powering on what to do

Hello,
My acer aspire 4720z is not powering on. No lights are blinking. Its not charging. It looks like dead.
Nothing is working. What to do? Please help me.

Have you taken the battery out, and held the power button for 60 seconds, then put the battery back in?
