Laptop no signal

I Cleaned My Laptop, it was Working fine then when i turn it on it says no signal on monitor... I tried the hdmi cable on ps3 it is fine, when the pc boots up i hear 2 beeps, keyboard and mouse have power and when i press ctrl alt del on keyboard it turns off then back on then 2 beeps again.. If i press f10 or f8 or f1 nothing happening, if i press esc then press any button the pc starts to beep with each key press, turns off when i press esc again... Can someone help!? Im new here thank you
