No video problem on Led tv from Laptop using HDMI

Hello,
i have 43" non brand china LED smart tv & Asus core i3 laptop with windows 10. when i try to connect them using HDMI cable, it showed black screen with audio on my led tv, no video. i changed several cable but same problem. i also check another brand led tv with my laptop that worked. in my led have no video when connected from laptop.
what should i do. pls support me.

Hi Mohsinpr,
It seems that you have done it all correctly. What you need to do is connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI ports of the laptop and the TV. Open the Display settings and set up the screen options (if you need the screens duplicated, split, etc.) The last thing to do is to select the HDMI port on the TV. The signal should be there.
If all works fine, when using another TV, try another laptop with your TV. There may be an issue with the HDMI port of your TV.
