Removing songs from an ipod.

I have an ipod that i synced to an account i no longer have access to, long story i don't have the password and i shut down the email account connected to the itunes account.
How do i get my music off my ipod so i can sync it to my new itunes account, without losing my music? there are some songs on there are some songs that a friend of mine recorded when he was in a band that i don't want to lose.
