Hello,

my toshiba laptop has recently started to turn off when I unplug it, and only works whilst it is plugged in, it says it is charging but stays on 0% battery so immediately turns off once it stops charging.

I figured out how to fix this! On bottom of my Acer is a really tiny hole with a really tiny battery symbol. I put a pin in it and held it for 4 seconds. Apparently this resets the battery. It worked! My laptop stays on when I unplug it now. So simple!!

Greetings,

I suggest it time for a tram ride to the repair shop. You battery may need to be replaced or the battery's charger, or power supply may need repair.

Good luck
