Laptop wont turn on

Hello,
I have an hp pavilion star wars special edition laptop. I was using it as normal and then it suddenly shut down and won't turn on again. I tried disconnecting the battery and resetting it but that won't work either. The only signs of power is heat coming from the laptop and it being able to charge my phone. What do I do?

Hello Akex,

Are you able to hear the fan or that hard drive spinning or it just warms up? If it is so, probably the problem lies within the motherboard of the laptop. Is it still under warranty? My advice is to contact the authorized by the manufacturer PC repair company to do the test. Also, you could contact the official Customer service support of the laptop's manufacturer. Let's see what are they going to tell you.
