No signal

Hello,
I am looking for a solution for my problem I just got a gtx 1060 superclocked 6gb, i5 6600k 650 watt power supply and an AsRock Z170M Pro4S and I put everything together, go to boot it up and I get a np signal response I have tried lots and nothing seems to work

did you try the motherboard video connection after removing the GTX card?
