Lenovo ideapad 100s WILL NOT BOOT OF BLACK SCREEN

Hello, hope someone can help me pleaseee!

i have an Lenovo Ideapad 100s and after a system restore it will not move past a black screen with the cursor, It asks for defaultuser0 i have no idea what this could be. i have tried all the passwords i have used on this laptop, still nothing.

i have tried ctrl+alt+dlte nothing comes up

please help someone

Hello ,
so you pressed the One Key Recover Button?
If Yes : The ONK ( One key recover) is blank when you press it or after the recover the system doesnt boot?
If No : How did you recoverd that?

Hi, yes I pressed ON and it goes through all the reset and when it comes to the loading page it is just black with the mouse cursor. But when I press windows log and enter the narrator comes up on screen and talks. Just dunno what else I can do thanks for your response
