Hi dillontritle,
Try to remove the battery and the power button and to hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power button and try to boot again. Any change?
If not, there may be a power port issue or a motherboard problem with the laptop. I would seek assistance from a technician. Sometimes similar problems are easily repaired.
