Acer computer won't boot up

My Acer computer was having problems updating and I tried resetting it, but when I tried to reset it, it said it couldn't reset so I just went ahead and clicked the option to have a normal setup and ever since than it just shows up the Acer starting screen followed by a black screen and it just repeats it, how do I fix it?
