We have no solution for problems such as these. Perhaps if you were to make an account on a workstation, or desktop, or laptop, then log into with your phone, we could have helped. But it seems this was created from a mobile device, SO YOUR OPTIONS ARE LIMITED!
The real bad part about this is; someone else is going to get your number, and register an account with it. The provider will say, they already have an account with this number, do you want back in? They click yes, and a text is sent with all of your information on it! VIOLA, they are in your account!
