Hello, I am using Vista with Firefox Mozzila. I am trying to download Google Earth but I get the error message "Additonal plugins are required to display all media on this page". I've tried all I know how to do but nothing works. Help. Thanks very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have you install flash player?

check it in your plugins
