Could you please give us more details about the problem? When you press the power button, you cannot boot to Windows, right? Is there any message you get? Can you see the manufacturer’s logo on startup? If you can, try accessing the BIOS menu. Once there, check if there is some information about the hard drive. If the hard drive is not recognized, there may be a problem with the drive or a connectivity issue.
If the laptop is under warranty, you should seek assistance from the store. If you are not sure how to access BIOS and how to check if the hard drive is recognized, ask a friend for help or bring the PC to a repair shop. Unfortunately, if the hard drive has failed, you may need to replace it.
