Hello! I've been working on my new HDD - Seagate 1TB.

I tried copying my .mp4 video files individually and with folders. They play smoothly on my Win10 Acer laptop but when it finishes copying and I try to play some of them, 0xc00d36c4 error appears.

P.S. I copied them using Unstoppable Copier.

Help me, please! What should I do?

Hi Jed Irene Mendoza,

Unfortunately, I have no experience with copying utility you have used. You are talking about an external drive, right? Is there a problem if trying to copy the files without using software? Please test the drive on another PC. Is there a problem when trying to copy files out of the drive? Backup all important files, format the drive and try again.

Hope this helps
