I have a Seagate 250GB hard disk drive and used a Toshiba adaptor USB 3.0 connector to insert my drive in a usb port on my desktop computer running on Windows 10.
And my Seagate 250GB hard disk drive can't be found on the computer that was connected via usb port.
How can I view my drive?

Control Panel -> System and Security -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Storage -> Disk Management.
If it is installed correctly, it should appear here and be ready to populate and partition.
right click on the "Unallocated Space" on the drive. Should be options there. From that point on.
