can't open mail Closed

Question

I can't get into my e-mail account and I now have a landline, so can't receive code to reset password. Also, the old "other" e-mail I used for verification hadn't been used in so long it is no longer valid.  I have a different "other" e-mail account with hotmail, but it doesn't recognize it. How can I get into my e-mail? This is VERY important, because I pay my insurance and phone bill through my e-mail.

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner.  Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
