I have two laptops. This one works just fine. The other one is a back up. My browsers won't load on it....here at home. I also needed an external keyboard. So, I went to a tech shop with it. I brought up that my browsers won't load. It connected to the repair shops WiFi. All of the tabs opened up and the browsers worked. So, I got excited. I come home, I turn it on. I'm connected. Annnnnnd my browsers won't load again. What can I do that won't screw up anything as I often do? - lol - Please help and thanks in advance.

click on Start --> In search box or run, type cmd --> Then "CMD" will be displayed in the search --> Now right-click on "CMD" ---> Select "Run as administrator".
Now enter this command
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Press "Enter".
Reboot your computer"

Thanks. I'll try that. I just don't know why it worked in the shop and not here at home. All I had do there was have the tech guy enter his security key for his WiFi. This won't screw anything up for connections to other devices, will it? My apologies, I'm stupid whenever it comes to this. Tia and thank you for your reply/advice.
