External hard drive not showing in disk management

I've just use the WD My Passport Ultra just now and after I ejected the hard disk, the hard disk is not show in my computer and disk management. There was even no message popped up after I plugged in the hard disk. So what should I do in this matter.

To troubleshoot the situation, try it on another computer.

Hi,

Just go to the device manager to check whether your drive is listed there or not. If it is listed there then update that drives driver software. Thanks!
