Hard drive malfunction

Hello,

it only says "help" and i cant click the "Change Drive

Letter and Paths..."

You have failed to give us the important details, like what OS, or what program. Your statement of your issue is too vague, and therefore cannot be answered in its current form. I encourage you to re post another thread and include details about what you are using on what kind of device and whether it has worked in the past, or what ever the situation is, please.
