Help me get into google account

How do i get access to my google account after i lost internet connection and could not reset my password and my recovery phone number was changed i do have access to backup gmail address i dont what you are saying about not having access to gmail or whatever you said thats not what i politely asked you i cant get google to accept the reset code it sends me keeps saying they cant verify that it is my account
