Browser won't load

My WiFi is connected, but browsers take forever or never load. Photos don't show either. My laptop was running fine just started this the last few days. I am on my phone just to get help it is working fine and it's the same WiFi connection so I don't know, all I do know is if I am not bald now I soon will be.
