I have been trying to access my hotmail account for several months now and as my bill providers only have ***@*** they can not get in touch with me and it is very inconvent

You can try contacting the customer service if you cannot obtain your password through the forgot password button. But I never used Hotmail so I do not know about the forgot password button.
