Hacked account and facebook is not helping

Hello,
2 days ago, someone from Baghdad hacked my account. I am from Canada.

He changed my password and the email on the account.
i have went through the whole process of reporting it like 5 times now sending my i.d to try and get them to open it back up again.

they keep sending me the same copy pasted email saying it is resolved but they havent done anything and I still cant log in because i cant reset the password.

I am losing my mind with this right now and I am terrified of what this guy is doing with my pictures and personal information.

please someone help me!!
