My facebook account someone else without my permission two-factor  authenification my mobile number is removed and another login code was sent and author mobile please help me

The same applies to me. I need help. My account got compromised, email changed and contact number.  The hackers must be exposed 
***@*** is the impostor in my case.  I think Facebook must legally punish such people who always make it painful for us to stay out of our accounts. Incase we report such people, their accounts must also be held accountable. Its just a suggestion to stop these criminals.
