Hello,

My LG blu ray is opening and closing on it's own and also turning off frequently. I can't play anything such as netflix or youtube on the blu ray and I can't play dvds either. Can somebody tell me what might be wrong with this?

Sounds like a hardware failure. Or perhaps it's full of dust.
