Google Chrome Error

Hello,

well I have a facing a rare problem and its started today itself.im not able to use google chrome it was working fine till yesterday.im just not able to browse ,

it says " Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server." when I tried to open https://www.google.fr/?gfe_rd=cr&dcr=0&ei=2eSyWqztHov_8Aecz46YDQ&gws_rd=ssl or any other home page like https://www.blogger.com/about/?r=1-null_user

and theres one more error it says

"Error occurred serving page

An error has occurred processing this page. Please try resubmitting your request and if the error persists, contact the site administrator for this site."

Plz Help me.Im not able to browse any site with google chrome where else it works perfectly fine with Firefox.

I really don't know what I need to do
