Cant access to internet when i connected to wifi

Hi
I have windows 10 on my laptop and i have a problem recently , when I connected to a wifi my system says that" internet access " but i cant brows and open any webpage .
the strange thing is that I have linux (ubunto) on virtualmachine and its connect to internet perfectly with no problem .
also I have Telegram Desktop version and have no problem with sending massages and files to my firends .
