Graphing student data

As a tech teacher, I run typing reports on my students each day/week. Each report is saved as a worksheet in a quarter workbook. The list of student names in daily reports is not always the same based upon absences. I would like a way to locate student name and data from worksheet and compile into final workbook page.

Example:
Student A's data from each of 15 days throughout the quarter neatly displayed on last page of workbook.

How can I do this?
