Message says try not using an alias

Hello,
I have noticed when trying to sign in to certasin accounts using mail..it says try not using a alias.. now I have had this email for yrs. I don't know completely what that is.. I tried to research it.. doesn't make sense from what I have read
why woul d someone and how change me to a alias.

Where is the message being displayed? can you take a scrrenshot and upload it, please. Make certain you scrub the picture for any identifiable data on the screeen before posting, for your security sake!
