Can't access email and phone on account

Yes I know the number and email on my Facebook account but can't access them to get code and ex-husband changed password,just want to get all my pics off and can't get no help in doing it we have a business page to and my new Facebook has my same name but ant get help to get on is there a different way to go about verify its me?

I think there is always a place where they ask about: have you forgotten your password? ...and you must click on it. After they will ask you some questions just to make sure it's really yours. If you give the answers successfully, you will get it
