To check for hidden files on a PC, click Start from your desktop bar and then select Run. In the window that opens, type cmd and press Enter. Enter command below (here the pen drive is assumed to be G) and press Enter.
You can copy the above command by right-clicking the command prompt, selecting copy, and pasting it. However, you must replace the letter G with your pen drive's letter. Return to the pen drive check the files appear.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*

Have you tried to check show-hidden files and option on the top header of Windows explorer. If not, then please check the box and see if your files and folders become visible again.
