Laptop won't start

Hello,
My laptop was doing fine until i tried opening it today. The hardware doesn't turn on when i press the power button but charging seem to work, blue led lights up when i plug in the charger. I tried some 'tips' that i found on the internet, like removing the battery and putting it back in but none of those worked. Any advices? I'd like to get this thing running again in DIY fashion as much as possible.
