                    Hi John,
The issue is happening because there is an accumulation of "flea power" which must be drained once in awhile.
Next time, try this:
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
It should solve the issue for longer than just removing the battery. It has nothing to do with Windows 10.
