Two keys swapped over on windows 10

Hello, last year or so I downloaded Windows 10, all went well until I went to use the @ Key It wasn't there but this was in it's place (")on the No.2Key. So when I tried the ('') key , that is where the (@) email sign was. They have swapped over. I read a while back this as happened to other customers of Windows 10. Are you able to direct me how to change the keys back?

Is this a laptop or desktop?

What keys do you use to get the @ ?

The problem has nothing to do with Windows.

If you click on the lower right side task bar icon, just to the left of time and date, what is the language shown for your keyboard?

Is your keyboard querty or acerty?
