My Computer is selecting the folder, file, and text by it self

Hello,

I have a problem with my Hp laptop when I try to select a single file, folder or text the computer is selecting the whole document(file, folder or text) like I am holding the shift key. is any one help me with this problem

Press shift 5 times and turn off sticky keys if you've got it turned on.
