Firewall blocking internet access

Hello,
Hello, so my problem is that my firewall seems to be blocking my internet connnection, I have a perfectly fine internet connection and when I diagnose my connection problems it tells me I have a good internet connection but mentions that my firewall settings might be blocking the connection. I have spend hourse stressfully trying to find out the problem but I just can't seem to find the solution would somebody a bit more experienced with computers be able to provide me with some help please it would be greatly appriciated
