Facebook login problem

Hello,

I have a problem logging into Facebook. I receive this message: "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can."

Hello,

You have started Facebook's account recovery process, and this typically takes up to 15 days. If you have submitted your documents, you will have to wait for the request to be processed. If you are unable to recover it, you will need to create a new Facebook account.
