I cant sign in but everyone else in my house

Hello,
I cant sign in to MSN but everyone else in my house can. i have tried to delete and re-install but i cannot delete old file manually or automatically. all my other members of my family can access windows live messenger except from em. but it works on other systems so it is not my email address itself. can someone help me.

When trying to login you account, do you have an error message ? What do you have exactly ? That could help us to understand and resolve your problem.
