Hard drive H

Hello,
usb portable hard drive will not work , I noticed that I dont have hard drive H..what should I do? or what can I do? this thing is new and I am ready to return it ... been trying to figure it out ... tired now... hope someone can help. thanks

hi there,

try this if unsuccessful them return or change it :

go to my computer

right click >properties

manage>disk management

right click on the drive if you see it

if its in black right click and cerate new partition

this should solve the problem
