Reformating fujitsu tablet

Hello,

I am having a trouble in formating my fujitsu tablet. it is always displaying no operating system found. it looks like it can't read the external cd-rom.
how can I format it.

please help...

Dear Sir,

I will advise you to connect a USB DVD drive,

Then you will need to boot from the drive and format using the Windows Installation disc
