I keep having problems when wanting to use any new items ie memory sticks, ebook ect.. i can use all old ones but imy computer has problems installing software. can anyone help please. I am at my wits end. as i am not very computer wise.

hi there,

follow these tips:

open the Control Panel and click System & Maintenance

click System and then click Advanced system settings in the Tasks panel on the left side.

Click Continue in the User Account Control dialog box.

then in System Properties dialog box, press the Hardware tab

click the Windows Update Driver Settings button

Windows Vista system properties

Select the Never check for drivers when I connect a device radio button.

click OK twice and close Control Panel
