Internet access in computer via mobile

Hello,
I have got a Nokia Mobile 2600 classic with bluethooth and it connect internet via gprs with bsnl sim. I want to connect it the same in my pc/laptop with bluetooth.

Kindly advise me how to access the internet in my pc/laptop by mobile gprs with bluetooth(without usb).

Bsnl wifi connected but no internet access on mobile
