Ipod shuffle stopped doing anything.

Hello,

My Ipod shuffle stopped doing anything. The computer recognized it once but now it does nothing. When it did recognize it the light stayed red. After ejecting it I get a message that the computer does not recognize it. It is not my computer because I have another just like it that works fine. Please help.

There might be some errors that occurred on your computer and hence I will advise to have your system restored in order to have it working properly.
