Hello,
Check whether you are able to login into the windows using safe mode.
Try this 1.
1) When you switch ON your laptop, start tapping the "F8" key to get
"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep
tapping the F8 key)
2) Select "Safe Mode with Networking", if you have successfully logged into
windows, now try enabling your fingerprint sensor.
Good Luck.

thank you buddy.. i have tried the procedure but it didn't workout... it fails to log in... but what will happen if i'll format the thing?

Hello,
Try this 1.
When the fingerprint sensor appears, then hold the "Ctrl" & "Alt" keys and press "Del" key twice to log on using the Windows password.
