Hello, 
i have an acer laptop and it wont let me get on windows and i have not got the recovery disc how do i fix this so i can put it back to factory settings thankyou.

Hi,

Needed to create it,here are the steps to be followed:

Since you did not create them now you need to order it from Acer ,try your luck making a windows repair using any windows installation cd as on your laptop if this works then as soon as logged in successfully create your recovery disks.
