Hello,

my computer works just fine with everything, but as soon as I play an online game, my monitor turns black, and says no input signal and shuts the computer. I took it to bestbuy but they could not figure it out. Can anyone help me solve this mystery please?

Hello Metsy,

First of all, as you indicated, you encounter with such problem only when you try to play online games. There are some system requirements that must be respected on your computer for such matters. Otherwise, there might be different problems that might occur.

While playing online games, it might be causing overheating troubles. If it is such, please get through the below steps to get it solved.

Otherwise, it might be that the graphic card which you are using is faulty and should be upgraded for it to stop this trouble. Please get through the below steps from Kioskea FAQ for completing the task.

Yet it might be simply sourcing from the fact that the 15 pin display cable to the monitor is damaged, please try using an alternative one.

Hope that the information provided has been helpful to you.
