Hello,
Try this 1
1) Create a folder named AVG Update --> Copy the update file in that folder.
2) Open the AVG Antivirus.
3) Click on "Tools" --> Select the option "Update from directory" --> Now browse
to the "AVG Update" folder location and Select that folder and click on OK.
At the left side, you can find its indication "Updating". You can click on it to see the
progress.
