Folder won't delete

Hello,

I have download some files in a folder and now when i open and excess the files its ok, but when i am going to delete or copy the files, window explorer hang and then i have to log off the system.

Please help me to delete the folder.

Would it be indiscreet to ask you the file format and properties as well as the folder's location.
