hi,
try check if you have the audio driver installed.
go to control panel > sounds and audio devices.
if you dont have the drver installed and that you dont have the installation drivers, post your computer specs here and we will post you the link to download the driver.

Tell the brand and the model of ur computer. Or of ur MoBo if ur computer is a no-brand one.
