Itunes not woring

hey im having trouble with itunes. it was working a few days a go then some1 downloaded safari browser. i reinstalled quicktime coz thats what something told me 2 do but it still wont work. so stupidly i deleted itunes then re-down loaded it but it still wont work :( so i deleted safari and tried again....
i need it to work coz i need to charge my new ipod nano and put new songs on to it...

any suggestions?
